When you become a FlyAffinity member you will join an exclusive set of clients. You will get the impression that you have your own personal flight department in your pocket. We offer an uncompromised service of excellence and a family ethos – underpinned by commitment and loyalty.
To make our new innovative charter model work, we have minimised the administrative aspects of regular charter for you – the end user. The best way not to burden you with repetitive detail is to set up a one-time signature membership, governed by one set of terms and conditions.
What you receive as a member
As a member, you have given us permission to act on your behalf to book aircraft charter and ancillary extras like executive chauffeurs and turn key villas, as part of your personalised travel itinerary, facilitated by FlyAffinity.
All payments are completely transparent and you pay exactly what is quoted from the aircraft operator or third-party service provider.
Our service fees are fixed, for total clarity and exclusive to our members.

All exclusive Reserve membership
Best suited if you are a frequent flyer or arranging travel for a corporate group who do not wish to have the financial commitment of other jet membership programs.
Only applies in the calendar months you fly.
No service fee for ancillary extras.
11th sector onwards, pay as you go fees apply, charged on one invoice for simplicity.

Total clarity, even the exceptions
There are some exceptions that apply to our memberships.
Group bookings of 10 or more passengers start with a service fee from £1,000.
Group bookings do not form part of the Reserve inclusive package and would be charged separately.
If you require regular, large group travel of 10 or more, we will create a bespoke Reserve package, tailored to your personal needs.
Same day return flights are only charged as one service and there is no additional sector fee.
Multiple sector flights, booked with one aircraft operator, over any length of stay, will be charged as one service fee plus additional sectors.
Additional sectors of flights 5+ hours are charged as £500 GBP each.

Carbon neutral
Affinity Aviation Group is a carbon neutral operating company as registered with Climate+. As a FlyAffinity member, we will purchase additional carbon credits to support your initiative to travel carbon neutral.

FlyAffinity, due to its independent status, can access the worldwide charter market and is in an enviable position to pass on direct savings to its members.
Your Advocates
FlyAffinity will endeavour to negotiate fair pricing for all services from our preferred partner network. We work hard to protect our members from unfair penalties and never charge our service fee for cancelled services.
