Embarking at 18, in a role as an International Cultural Representative at Epcot, Walt Disney World, ignited a passion for travel and first-class customer care that has continued throughout other professional roles in my career. In addition to this, a passion for enabling others through the use of IT systems and business processes, lead to a Software Engineering degree. I then went on to become an Agile, ITIL and Prince2 qualified IT Project Manager, working with the prestigious London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and delivering large scale IT projects. In recent years I have aligned my skill set with my passion for culture and internationalism and enjoyed working with a Vancouver based digital design agency, centered in bringing digital transformation to achieve meaningful organisational change through people centric methods.
And throughout these years within the IT industry, and because of my love of both travel and providing unrivaled customer service excellence, I stepped into the world of business aviation by supporting a start-up charter and aircraft management business, based in Switzerland in 2011. I am now excited to be part of the FlyAffinity team, sharing my knowledge of aviation, my passion for outstanding customer care and business acumen, to help ensure that FlyAffinity are the go-to membership for distinguished individuals, looking for the ultimate private aviation service provider.
